Odd that everyone involved in organizing events earns fair pay, except the artists themselves?
Strange that ‘inclusion’ and ‘community’ headline every mission statement, while minimum wage (or « Fair Pay ») remains as mythical as a unicorn.

With MORE Reps, we flip the model.

Before anything else, artists get paid first, and above the official minimum wage (€140,87 gross per musician, as set by CAO PC 304). Only then do we cover our own costs.

Two rules:

1) Fair Pay, every single show:
This means a liveable fee, above the legal minimum.
Not exposure.
Not a great opportunity.
No “you should be thankful.”

2) Full transparency:
After every event, we open our books.
Every euro accounted for. Visible to everyone.

MORE Reps is a real-world experiment. We won’t always break even. But we will always respect artists and their craft.

Because Fair Pay and transparency shouldn’t be radical ideas, They should be the norm.
