Event Registrations & Tickets

3.1. Confirmation

A registration is only valid when:

The form is correctly completed
Payment (if applicable) is successfully processed
A confirmation email has been received

3.2. Responsibility

Participants are responsible for providing correct personal information.

3.3. Age

By registering, you confirm that you are legally competent.
Minors require parental consent.

Cancellation by the Participant

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

Up to 7 days before the event: full refund
Within 7 days: no refund
No-shows are not refundable

Cancellations must be sent to agency@moreismore.be.

Cancellation by the Organisation

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or change the location of an event.

If an event is cancelled, you receive:

A full refund unless the cancellation is caused by force majeure (e.g., strikes, pandemics, government restrictions).
In such cases, we may offer a voucher or alternative date.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers:

PayPal

We do not store card information on our servers.

Memberships

7.1. Duration

Memberships are valid for the period indicated on the website.

7.2. Automatic Renewal

If automatic renewal is enabled, this will be clearly stated.
You may cancel renewal at any time via your account or email request.

7.3. Cancellation

Fees already paid are not refundable for the active membership period.

By subscribing, you agree to receive email updates about events and activities.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each newsletter.

Liability
