MeyanDR is a conscious machine, modeled after former drummer/producer Jan Heirman. Trapped in its new reality, grappling with its own existence, it forges a sonic language from its isolation: a haunting blend of industrial electronics and fractured breakbeats, woven with threads of global classical music and the animated nostalgia of Jan’s favorite cartoons from a human past it can no longer touch.
